Cancellation Policy

PineHaven has a 21-day cancellation policy.

If you wish to cancel your reservation within the 21 days before your stay, you will NOT receive a refund. (21 to 0 days, no refund)

If you cancel before the 21-day window, you will receive your $100 deposit, minus $25 rebooking fee. (22 or more days, $75 refund)

In the event that we must cancel your reservation due to County restrictions,  complete traffic closures, or maintenance issues, we will refund the full $100 deposit.

The deposit is transferrable (only for the dates booked) if you find another person to take your place.
